About this project
This page describes the intended messaging use case for a web application currently in development. It is a project overview, not evidence of a registered company or publicly launched product.
The planned SMS feature is limited to transactional messages triggered by a user's own account activity. Messages would be sent only when relevant to authentication or a security event and where the user has provided a phone number.
Planned SMS use cases
Login one-time password (OTP)
Send a short-lived verification code when a user requests login verification by SMS.
New-login alert
Notify a user that a sign-in event occurred on their account.
Account registration
Send a brief confirmation after a user completes registration.
Password reset
Notify a user when a password-reset process is requested. Sensitive credentials should not be exposed in SMS.
PIN or password changed
Alert the account owner after a successful security-setting change.
Card request/status update
Provide a transactional update related to a card request, if that feature is enabled in the application.
How the notification flow is intended to work
Messaging and privacy safeguards
- Messages are intended for transactional account security and service updates, not unsolicited marketing or bulk promotions.
- Authentication codes should be short-lived, rate-limited, and excluded from ordinary application logs.
- Provider credentials should be stored securely on the server, never in browser code or public repositories.
- Phone numbers and message content should be handled only as needed, with appropriate access controls.
- The application should comply with applicable law, provider policies, consent requirements, and opt-out rules where applicable.
Current status
This is a static project information page. It does not send SMS, collect phone numbers, or process logins. Provider integration and production readiness must be verified separately before launch.
